Do you want to join a community of children and families who are on a similar journey to you? Do you want your child to make friends while being active? By joining one of Able to Play’s group programs, children learn new skills, make friends and become the best versions of themselves.

At Able to Play we offer tailored group programs for children with disabilities. Children between the ages of 2 and 16 develop physical and social skills, all while having fun! The program was developed by an experienced occupational therapist and psychologist. Sport and recreational activities are designed for children who need extra behavioural, physical, cognitive, sensory and/or social-emotional support.

Before starting in one of our groups, a therapist will meet with you and your child, to understand your goals and to decide the best group for them. Groups are led by a registered professional and take place over 10 weeks. Skills will be based around sports including gymnastics, basketball, soccer, rugby, tennis, athletics, volleyball, tee-ball and yoga/pilates.

Our programs are eligible for NDIS, with a focus on community participation and skill development.
